Maine has a 9% lodging tax, there is a refundable $300 security deposit, and a $195.00 cleaning fee. We do not charge a service fee, most sites do. We have a user friendly cancellation policy. Parties booking a week stay through us, receive a parking space down town B.H and a Acadia National Park Pass to use for the week.
