Maine has a 9% lodging tax, and there is a refundable $300 security deposit. We do not charge a service fee. Most sites do. We have a user friendly cancellation policy. Parties booking a week stay through us,receive a Fresh Maine Wild Blueberry Pie, a Free Park Pass for the week, and a parking spot down town B.H
