Rental:
- Weeks are usually rented from Saturday to Saturday.
- Arrival time is after 3:00 PM.
- Departure is before 10:00 AM.
Payment:
- One half of the rental rate is due upon signing of contract.
- The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
- A security deposit is required and will be returned after your departure as described in the rental contract.
- State of Maine lodging tax is 7% of the rental rate.
- Payment can be made with Mastercard, Visa, or a check made payable to Bar Harbor Vacation Homes, LLC.
