Cancellations and Refunds
There is a cancellation fee for all cancelled bookings. A refund will be given if we are able to re-rent the property. In most cases, Pets are not allowed.

Deposits
A security deposit is due at the time of making a booking. The full balance of the reservation is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is not included in the rental amount. If the reservation occurs within 8 weeks of arrival, then the security deposit and the full balance of the reservation are due at the time of making a booking.
